*Becoming High value* Means putting yourself on a pedestal which means behaving in a way that reflects that. But doing so means you have to self-evaluate and heal. Ditching toxic behaviors and traits you’ve become accustomed to. Approaching life and dating from a different perspectives. Working on being the best YOU so you can always bring a lot to the table, you can raise your standards because you set them for yourself as well.

Something I liked was the “10 questions before the aisle” for you and your partner to answer together. Effective communication advice which is key because as she states “pay now or pay later”.
